Documents related to Charles De Haven's suit against Chaplin and United Artists for alleged plagiarism of Hynkel's baloon-dance sequence. De Haven claims that the same situation appears in his dramatic composition 'Mulligan & Mulligan from the West' from "Follies of 1776", that he wrote with Fred Nice and is known by the title "Comedy Balloon Dance", copyright registered on December 30 1920.
