George Rouvier, president of Les Artistes Associés for the past 25 years, is willing to act as witness in the Kelly case. Josephine Kelly thinks her husband's estate is entitled to a commission on all unplayed contracts approved by Mr. Kelly before his death. United Artists are endeavouring to enquire whether any of the contracts approved during the period under review were actually initialled by Mr. Kelly.
