Threatens of death for Lita Grey and her two babies. Her attorneys announced they would demand immediate police protection. One of these threatening letters was signed "The H. W. Gang". Chaplin may not return to Los Angeles for a month; he will stay in New York to work on the cutting and titling of "The Circus".
