Chaplin will finish "The Circus" in New York. Merna Kennedy and other 25 members of the cast will go to New York to shoot the remaining scenes. By finishing the picture outside of California, Chaplin will not run the risk of having the film seized by receivers for Lita Grey. The Government has lifted the liens against more than $600,000 of the comedian's New York bank funds.
