Arnold Picker is willing to give a testimony about Mr. Kelly's functions and activities during the initial release of "Limelight". Since all witnessing has to be organised officially under the proceedings of the Court in Lausanne, a questionnaire will have to be prepared and filed before the Court in Lausanne.
