Mrs. Josephine Kelly, the widow of Arthur Kelly, has brought suit as Executrix of the Kelly Estate against Roy Export Company and Charles Chaplin for $250,000, claiming that Chaplin owed this amount to Arthur Kelly for distribution commissions before he died. United Artists was also involved in the case.
