News regarding Tobis' lawsuit against Charles Chaplin Film Corporation and U.A. Co., for copyright violation of "Modern Times" with respect to René Clair's film "A' nous la liberté", produced by Sonores Tobis SA. The cause was dismissed by judge John C. Nox and has now been reopened by judge Samuel Mandelbaum.
