Correspondence regarding Konrad Bercovici's lawsuit against Chaplin. Miss Pryor forwarded to attorney Frohlich a letter addressed to Chaplin by Dr. Schinagel Arthur. In the letter, dated 16th November 1946, Dr. Schinagel mentions a small printed book entitled "The Dictator" that he allegedly sent to Chaplin in August 1939.
