A demurrer to the divorce complaint of Lita Grey and a motion to strike out of it the most sensational portions of her allegations against Chaplin is to be filed in the superior court by the comedian's attorneys. According to a report, Chaplin will have to pay an additional $300,000 back tax for the years 1925 and 1926.
