Stowaway : Hong Kong / [Charles Chaplin] - ECCI00010649

"Stowaway" is a scenario written for Paulette Goddard in 1936; Chaplin got the idea for it in Shanghai, when he saw American soldiers dance with "taxi-girls", White Russian women who were forced to flee their country during the revolution. This scenario was later developed into the script for "A Countess from Hong Kong".
