Lita Chaplin Wins Order in Court Hearing to Reoccupy Beverly Hills Mansion - ECCI00011879

The court ordered receivers to let Lita Grey occupy the Chaplin mansion in Beverly Hills. Three applications for writs of prohibition were filed by Chaplin's attorneys against execution of the receivership order.
