Information on Raymond Rohauer and on how he came to offer his collaboration in chasing pirated copies and unauthorised showings. Rohauer acquired copies of everything Mr. Chaplin made, except "Monsieur Verdoux", when the Chaplin Studios closed down in 1952. Rohauer has a "pirating" past in the States. Though a large percentage of the present pirating emanates from Rohauer he is supposed to have "turned honest".
