A print of "The Great Dictator" was illegally shown in Malta. A certified copy of the Celebrated Films Corporation contract with Chaplin and a power of attorney were sent to Victor R. Sammut. The print was distributed to Pirotta Bros. of the Orpheum Cinema by persons not holding rights for Malta.
