Chaplin's attorneys charged that the financial side of the case appeared to be Lita Grey's sole consideration. Court summons on Samuel Goldwin, movie producer. Chaplin fell out of bed and broke his nose in the apartment of Nathan Burkan, his attorney, where he is suffering from a nervous breakdown.
