AL Revee's motion to vacate the receivership order was denied by presiding judge Wood of the Superior Court. Lita Grey was awarded $4000 a month temporary alimony by the court pending outcome of her divorce suit, but has been unable to collect a penny owing to legal technicalities raised by Chaplin and to claims on Chaplin property filed by federal tax authorities. Chaplin will return to Los Angeles to fight his divorce case as soon as his health permits.
