"The Masses" is the title of Chaplin's forthcoming production, a satire on certain aspects of our industrial life. Asked if he would finally take out citizenship papers and settle down in America, he replied that if he were to take out citizenship papers it would be in Andorra, the smallest and most insignificant country in the world.
